Do you really come to my location anywhere in Bangalore?

How fast can a technician reach me?
Typically within 60–90 minutes of booking, depending on your location and technician availability. Evening and weekend slots can take slightly longer during peak demand.
How do I book a repair?
Call or WhatsApp us at +91 96632 13733 with your device model, the issue, and your location. We'll confirm an estimate and time slot right away.
Can I book for a family member at a different address?
Yes, just share their address and a contact number when booking and we'll coordinate the visit directly with them.
Do you take walk-ins as well as doorstep bookings?
Doorstep is our primary model since it saves you a trip, but workshop visits can be arranged for complex chip-level jobs that need microscope-level tooling.

How do I get a price estimate?
Share your device model and the issue on WhatsApp or call us — we give an estimate before the technician is even dispatched, and confirm the final price after a quick visual/diagnostic check.
Why do prices vary so much between phones?
Screen technology (LCD vs OLED vs AMOLED), part availability, and whether you choose a genuine or OEM-grade part all affect the price — see the pricing-factors table on each service page.
Is the diagnostic check free?
Yes, the initial visual and functional diagnostic is free; you only pay once you approve the repair and price.
How do I pay?
Cash or UPI, paid after the repair is completed and tested in front of you — never before the work is done.
Do you charge extra for doorstep visits?
Doorstep visits are included in our standard pricing for most areas; ask at the time of booking if your locality is a special case.
Parts & Warranty
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labour for most repairs, explained clearly and given to you as a warranty card at the time of service.
Do you use genuine parts?
We offer genuine and OEM-grade parts depending on model availability and your budget, and always tell you upfront which one is being fitted.
What's not covered under warranty?
Physical damage after the repair (new drops/cracks), liquid damage after the repair, or unauthorised opening of the device by a third party typically void the warranty — this is explained at handover.
Can I ask for genuine parts specifically?
Yes, just mention this when booking — genuine parts may cost more and, depending on the model, take slightly longer to source.

Do you only do screen replacement, or motherboard repair too?
Both. We handle full display and glass replacement as well as chip-level motherboard repair for boot loops, water damage and charging faults.
Which brands do you repair?

What if the phone needs a workshop-level repair, not doorstep?
For complex micro-soldering jobs, our doorstep technician will first diagnose on-site, then advise if a short workshop visit is needed for precision equipment.
Do you repair foldable phones like the Z Fold and Z Flip?

Is my data safe during repair?
Yes. Hardware repairs like screen, battery or glass replacement don't require access to your data. Any software-related work is only done with your explicit consent.
Can a phone that fell in water still be repaired?
Often yes, especially if it's brought in soon after and not powered on. Our chip-level team cleans corrosion and tests/replaces affected components.
